Planning & Design

Step One: Contact Us

Whether your dream renovation is still in the early concept stages, or you’ve got all your ducks in a row and are ready for a quote – we’d love for you to reach out and tell us all about your project!

The easiest way to let us know the details of your project is by filling out our online contact form.

Step Two: Design & Plans

If your project requires plans, and you haven’t yet engaged a designer or architect – we’ll be able to assist you by linking you in with one of our top recommended design professionals here on the Sunshine Coast.

If you already have your construction drawings – you can send them straight to us via the attachment upload button in the contact form.

Project Costing

Step Three: Cost Estimate (Ball-park)

You can expect a call back from us within 3 business days of receiving your enquiry where we can discuss your project in detail. Together we can work out a plan to gather the necessary information for us to be able to start work putting together a preliminary cost estimate assessment for your project.

Step Four: Project Proposal (Fixed Price Quote)

Once we’ve completed your estimate, we’ll get in touch with you to take you through the costs of the various components of your build – where we can move forward through alignment with your budget, we’ll then get to work on putting together a comprehensive fixed price proposal.

Starting Your Renovation

Step Five: Proposal Accepted

We’ll conduct a site meeting with you (with our subtrades in attendance) in order to confirm your projects scope. We’ll then price all materials and labour and present you with your Project Proposal. Then all that’s required to secure your construction slot is to pay a 5% deposit and we’ll draw up your Master Builders QLD contract, facilitate council approvals and organise your QBCC Home Warranty Insurance – and then its boots on the ground!
